Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days, enless stated otherwise. Please ensure descriptions are checked for timescales before ordering.
All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail, £2.99, with the exception of some of our Umbrellas. Dispatch is normally within 7 days and we make every effort to dispatch goods within this time. However, delays are occasionally inevitable so please allow up to 28 days. For international delivery goods usually arrive within 15 working days but please allow up to 28 days. We do not take responsibilty for any additional charges e.g customs fees, handling fees. Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will do our very best.
If your item hasnt arrived within 15 working days, after postage date, it is considered 'Lost'. Please check with your local sorting office incase your parcel is awaiting collection before contacting us.
We post to any UK & Ireland address (as long as it has a postcode)
