All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail (£2.99) or using a Courier (£4.50). Dispatch is normally within 7 days and we make every effort to dispatch goods within this time. However, delays are occasionally inevitable so please allow up to 14 days for dispatch. Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels within 1-3 working days but they inform us to wait 15 working days from the date of dispatch before an item is classed as lost. For international delivery please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We do not take responsibilty for any additional charges e.g customs fees, handling fees. Please allow up to 4 weeks for most personalised items to be delivered. Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will do our very best and keep you up to date with the progress of your order through Email.
If your item hasnt arrived within 15 working days, after postage date, it is considered 'Lost'. Please check with your local sorting office incase your parcel is awaiting collection before contacting us.
