Returns Policy (from Terms and Conditions)
11. Items need to be returned within 10 days of receipt and arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition in their original packaging.
12. Please email info@tiptopweddingshop.co.uk before returning any item(s) to us.
13. Refunds or cancellations are not available on any engraved, embroidered or personalised items (incl Bridal/Bridesmaid dresses, T Shirt transfers and Diamante Transfers).
14. There is a 6% restocking fee for orders that are no longer required or incorrect items ordered, and we will not refund buyers postage costs.
15. Boots and shoes can be exchanged for other sizes, but cannot be returned enless faulty. All shoes are checked before leaving the premises.
16. Earrings (including sets which include pierced earrings), Bikini's and Lingerie cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
17. T Shirt transfers and Diamante Transfers are the responsibility of the buyer, we cannot be held responsible if the buyer has problems using them. All transfers have been tried and tested on site.
Exchanges
18. We try to keep our prices as cheap as possible, therefore our profit margins are very small, so we have to charge for redelivery on some exchanged items
